SIGIP is open to all pediatricians in Switzerland who are interested in expanding conventional treatment methods through complementary medical approaches in the spirit of integrative medicine. Currently, SIGIP has about 80 members (July 2020).

SIGIP distinguishes between two categories of members:

Full members: Certified pediatricians and physicians in pediatric specialty training working or trained in Switzerland with an interest in integrative pediatrics.

Associate members: Other specialists or physicians in training working in Switzerland who are professionally involved with children/adolescents and who have an interest in integrative pediatrics. Associate members should indicate their motivation for SIGIP membership in their informal application.

Membership is not linked to any obligations and is currently free of charge.
